The new distribution of Drupal Commerce bridges the gap between Drupal and Microsoft, enabling native support for the Microsoft SQL Server in the powerful open-source web infrastructure, Drupal.

When users download Drupal Commerce Kickstart 1.8 from the Windows Web App Gallery, the install package will automatically download and install all the additional required pieces of software needed to run a Drupal website on a Microsoft server; it’s a one-stop shop for setting up Drupal Commerce on Windows.
